Multiwood was established in 1987 and over the years we have relocated and grown to 70,000sq ft, supplying thousands of customers nationwide with our own fleet of vehicles.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not currently have a showroom, but we do have a trade counter with all our sample doors along with several kitchens on display.

Can you help me with my order?

Absolutely, our sales team are more than happy to assist you with your order and any other queries you may have, including technical questions.

How soon after placing an order can I collect?

Small stock orders can be collected immediately. If the order is over 20 pieces we recommend you ring the order through to the team and we will give you an approximate wait time.

When is the earliest and latest times of the day I can collect?

Collections can be arranged between 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri, providing you have arranged this with the sales team between the office opening hours of 9am-5pm. Please provide at least 2 hours notice for early or late collections to ensure your order is ready.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on your assigned delivery days providing you meet the minimum order value (£250). Orders under the minimum value or on a day outside your usual delivery days are calculated on a weight/size basis.

We service most of the country twice a week on our vehicles. Check ‘When will I receive my delivery?’ below for a postcode guide to your delivery days.

When will I receive my delivery?

Can I request a next day delivery?

Yes, please place your order by midday to receive it on the following day.

Do I need to be at the delivery location for the delivery to take place?

It is advisable that you are on site when receiving an order however if this is not possible, please provide details for where the delivery can be dropped.

Do you have your own transport?

Yes, we have our own fleet of vehicles driven by a team of experienced drivers. We also partner with two courier companies in order to provide the flexibility our customers need.

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

Please inspect your delivery and report any damages within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements for damages reported after 48 hours of delivery, or for items that have been used (for example, drilled for hinges) will be chargeable.

Deliveries by 3rd party couriers that are clearly damaged must be signed for as damaged.

Do you accept returns?

Any unwanted goods can be returned and credited within 28 days providing they are returned in a re-saleable condition.

How long does it take to credit my account?

Once the returned product(s) are inspected and approved for resale, credits are issued within 30 days.
